A website recently popped up with a Spike TV Video Game Awards teaser, stating only; “Murder Your Maker”. Speculations ran wild regarding what game it may be referring to, however it didn’t take long before folks discovered the site is owned by Activision.
Couple that with the color scheme of the image as well as the slogan, and it’s almost certainly referring to Prototype 2.
This would actually make me quite happy. I would love to hear more about a sequel to Prototype. There are a lot of potential stories still waiting to be told in that game’s lore.
The VGAs are a very popular hotspot for game reveals (as is obviously from the Bioware advertising going on). We can no doubt expect a couple other titles to be revealed during the otherwise lame awards show.
